Not an ARACY Member? ARACY Members are entitled to discounted Conference registration. If you would like to become an ARACY Member please read the information in the highlighted box before registering for the Conference.

Please note that all persons intending to attend the Conference must register, including Speakers and Chairpersons. Please read through this website carefully before you complete your form.

NOTE:  All fees are in Australian Dollars and include the 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST)

Full Conference Registrants:

• Attendance at all Conference sessions
• Attendance at sessions ‘with the experts' (pre-registration required)
• Conference Program
• Catering (morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea on all 3 days)

Day Registrations:

• Attendance at Conference sessions on registered day
• Conference Program
• Catering during selected date
• Welcome Reception - only if Wednesday registration has been purchased

Payment of Fees

NOTE: Registrations will not be processed or confirmed until payment in full is received.

Payment may be made by cheque or credit card. Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Diners International are the only credit cards accepted at the Conference. Please note that all transactions by credit card will appear on your statement as payment to The Meeting Planners.

Cheques should be made payable to The Meeting Planners/ARACY 2009. Your name and full address should be typed or printed clearly on the back of the cheque.

You may not pay your fees by direct bank transfer.

ARACY 2009 National Conference Registration

Registration cancellations received in writing at the ARACY Conference Managers by 30 July 2009 will be accepted and all registration fees refunded less an A$100.00 administration fee. After 30 July 2009 cancellations cannot be accepted and will not be refunded, however transfer of your registration to another person is acceptable. The full name and details of the person who will replace you must be advised in writing to the ARACY 2009 National Conference Managers prior to the Conference. No refunds will be made for non-attendance at the Conference.

Privacy Statement

Australia operates under the Privacy Amendment (Private Sector) Act 2000. The ARACY 2009 National Conference Managers comply with such legislation, which is designed to protect the right of the individual to privacy of their information. Information collected in respect of proposed participation in any aspect of the ARACY 2009 National Conference will be only used for the purposes of planning and conduct of the ARACY 2009 National Conference, may also be provided to organisers of future events or used to provide you with information of other relevant events. It is also usual to produce a ‘Delegate List' of attendees at the ARACY 2009 National Conference and to include the individual's details in such a list. Consent for publication of the individual's information may be withheld when completing the Registration Form for the ARACY 2009 National Conference. Individuals are also entitled to access the information held by written application to the ARACY 2009 National Conference Managers.
